Both avatars I uploaded myself for imported testimonials (from CCC) are broken, and a friend who just submitted their own testimonial also appears to have a broken avatar. I can't approve their testimonial; I assume this might be due to the avatar glitch.

This should be working, but I am seeing quite a number of broken avatars. I wonder if it's browser related. What browser are you using when you created the testimonials? I will get it fixed right away.

I'm having a hard time reproducing this bug. Any chance you can record a video of your screen while you do this? I'd be happy to give you a year's worth of CCC business plan for free.
